A quote you accept is the price you pay. Here is what that commitment covers and where it stops.
Price hold
An accepted quote is binding on the partner for the event described in it. Partners cannot raise the price after acceptance for the scope quoted.
Partners are also held to the same rates they offer off-platform. Our commission is deducted from the partner payout and is never added to your total.
Changes you make
If you change guest count, date, location or scope, the partner may requote. You will see the old and new figures side by side before anything is charged.
Budget tracking
Your event budget reflects committed, quoted and estimated amounts separately, so you always know how much of the total is actually locked in.
What is not covered
Costs you arrange directly with a partner outside Gleevent, gratuities, and third-party fees such as permits or venue-imposed service charges disclosed on the listing.
