Terms of service
These terms govern every account on Gleevent — Gleemers planning occasions and the businesses supplying them. Creating an account means accepting them.
Gleevent is a product of and operated by ElikAI Corp.
Who these terms cover
Gleevent operates a marketplace connecting people planning occasions with the businesses who supply them. Accounts fall into two types: Gleemer accounts, used to browse, plan and book; and business accounts, used to list services and accept bookings.
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Business accounts must be created by someone authorized to enter agreements on behalf of the business.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
We may suspend an account that violates these terms, misrepresents itself, or creates risk for other people on the platform.
Bookings are between you and the partner
Gleevent facilitates discovery, quoting, scheduling, contracting and payment. The service itself is delivered by the business partner under the terms of the agreement you sign with them.
We hold funds and process payouts, and we enforce platform rules — but we are not the supplier of the event services you book.
Acceptable use
Do not use Gleevent to misrepresent services, take payment off-platform to avoid protections, harass other users, or scrape listings and Gleemer information.
Changes to these terms
We give at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect, sent to the email on your account. Continuing to use Gleevent after that date means accepting the revised terms.
