What we collect

Account information you give us: name, email, and for business accounts the details needed to verify and pay a business.

Planning information you create: boards, budgets, guest counts, dates and messages exchanged with partners.

Usage information: pages viewed, searches run and devices used, which we use to keep the platform working and improve recommendations.

How we use it

To operate your account, match you with relevant partners, process payments, prevent fraud, and communicate about bookings you have made.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details with a partner until you send them a request.

What partners see

When you send a request, the partner receives the event details relevant to quoting it — date, guest count, budget range, location and the board you attached — along with your first name and the messages you send.

Retention

Planning data is kept while your account is open and for 24 months after closure, so you can restore it. Financial records are kept for seven years where tax law requires.

Your choices

You can export your boards and event history, correct your information, or request deletion from account settings. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days except where we are required to retain records.
