Commission & payouts
What Gleevent charges, when you get paid, and what happens to funds during a dispute.
Commission
Commission is deducted at payout on completed bookings only. There are no listing fees, lead fees or monthly minimums, and nothing is charged on requests that never convert.
Commission is calculated on the service subtotal, excluding taxes and any pass-through fees you itemize.
Deposits and escrow
Deposits are collected at booking and held until the event completes. This is what allows us to guarantee a Gleemer refund without asking you to return funds you have already spent on materials.
Payout timing
Payouts are released two business days after the event date and typically land within one to three business days depending on your bank.
Multi-day events pay out from the final day. Venues on the custom plan can arrange milestone payouts.
Holds and disputes
If a Gleemer opens a dispute, the disputed portion is held while we review — generally under seven days. Undisputed amounts pay out on schedule.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax obligations. We issue annual earnings summaries and the forms required in your jurisdiction.
